Tesla rocked Troy, OH this past Saturday night. There is not much more we say about it. We had the pleasure of seeing the guys in Cincinnati back in August of last year when they played Bogart’s. It was refreshing to see that the band was not playing the same exact set list at every show. The two shows stood on there own, the common denominator being the fact that the band was in top form on each occasion. Tesla is a band that has never received the credit that they deserve, but yet have still managed to stay away from the pathetic retro circuit. They continue to release new music, the latest record being last years “Simplicity,” and draw large crowds to their shows. Look for a big announcement from the band regarding their summer touring plans. We think we have a pretty good idea of what that announcement will be, but we will not let the cat out of the bag.
